Smart Invoicing App Development (Flutter/Node.js)

Title: Build a Smart Invoicing & Billing Mobile App (Flutter + Node.js/Express)

Description:
I am looking for a developer to build a simple invoicing and billing mobile application for my startup. The app should be built with Flutter (frontend) and Node.js with Express (backend).

The goal is to provide small to large businesses with an easy way to manage inventory, generate invoices, and accept payments via UPI.

Key Features:

1. User Registration & Login

Business account creation (Business name, Email, Mobile, Password, GST optional).

Sign in with Email/Mobile & Password.



2. Dashboard

Add products (category, base price, sell price, stock).

Manage inventory (add stock, view stock, low stock alerts).

Search & filter products.



3. Invoice Generation

Select products + quantity.

Apply discounts.

Generate invoice with bill amount.

Print invoice (support mini Bluetooth printer – 58mm).

Send invoice via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.



4. Payment Integration

UPI QR code generation from shopkeeper’s own UPI ID (added during account setup).

Options: Cash (mark as paid) / Online (UPI QR).



5. Reports

Monthly sales, yearly sales, profit reports.

Store 5 years of data.



6. Additional Features

Supplier & purchase order management.

Invoice templates (normal + mini printer).

Offline mode with auto sync when online.

Subscription system (₹100/month full access).

Multi-language support: English + Gujarati.




Admin (me as super admin)

View all users of the app.

Manage subscriptions.

₹1,000 – ₹1,500 INR (fixed).
