Slovak Barbershop App Development

I want to build a barbershop app in Slovakia fully online with a bilingual (Slovak-first) mobile experience for both clients and barbers plus a browser-based admin portal for me and my staff.
The core journey starts with customers opening the app, browsing our service menu with clear prices and photos, then locking in an appointment with their preferred barber. Push reminders should nudge them before the visit, and afterwards the same screen lets them rate the service and leave a review. Each barber needs a personal profile and portfolio section so clients can quickly see their style, availability, and past work.
On the barber side, a dedicated login lets them confirm or adjust bookings, update their portfolio and check the day’s schedule from their phone.
For me, the web dashboard must handle three things out of the box: managing all appointments in one calendar view, tracking business performance with clear metrics (revenue, busiest time slots, top services, rating averages), and full user management for staff and customers. If you already have a smart way to bolt on a loyalty or rewards module, show me—I'm open to it but haven’t decided yet.
I’m happy for you to pick the right tech stack—Flutter, React Native, native Swift/Kotlin, Firebase, PostgreSQL or similar—so long as the final delivery includes:
• iOS & Android apps (client and barber builds) ready for App Store / Google Play submission
• Responsive admin web panel deployed to my hosting of choice
• All source code, build instructions, and brief hand-over training in English or Slovak
• One month post-launch bug-fix support
