Flutter Mobile App Developer (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Description:
We are building a fast-growing social/event platform and are looking for a Flutter Mobile App Developer with experience in building modern, scalable apps. Full-time (30–40h/week), long-term position.

Responsibilities:

Develop and improve mobile app features using Flutter (BLoC state management)

Work on performance, UI/UX, and smooth animations

Collaborate closely with backend and UI/UX teams

Required Skills:

Flutter (2+ years, with real product experience)

State Management (BLoC required)

Have built complex apps (not only simple demo apps)

Strong portfolio with published apps (Play Store/App Store)

Good English and communication

Nice to Have:
Firebase • Push Notifications • Clean Architecture • App optimization

Important:
No agencies — only independent freelancers
Hubstaff time tracking is required

Rate:

Junior: $5–8/h

Senior: $10–15/h
