Single-Segment Ride-Sharing App Development

I’m ready to create a streamlined ride-sharing platform for individual passengers, similar in spirit to Uber or Ola but focused squarely on a single service segment. The core build must ship with three fundamentals working flawlessly:

• Secure user registration and login (email, phone or social—whatever you usually implement for scale and safety)
• Real-time GPS tracking so riders can see drivers approaching and I can monitor trips in the admin panel
• Integrated payments supporting credit/debit cards, leading mobile wallets, standard bank transfers and UPI

I’m happy to discuss which tech stack you prefer—Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android—as long as you can demonstrate prior experience with location services, in-app payments and server-side scalability. I’ll supply brand assets, basic wireframes and the initial user flow; you’ll handle coding, testing and a brief hand-over session so my team can manage future iterations.

On delivery I expect:
1. Source code and compiled builds for both user and driver apps (or single universal app if you propose it)
2. A lightweight admin dashboard for trip oversight, fare management and basic user support
3. Documentation covering environment setup, API endpoints, and payment gateway configuration
