Simple flutter mobile app with backend in flask

Hi. I need the right guy expert in flutter to create a simple flutter mobile app with python flask backend with this features:

- Login/register with facebook / google - simple login with facebook / google in app
- google play notifications, simple example how send notification from backend to app
