Simple Social Feed App -- 2

I want a lightweight app that does one thing well: publish and display a scrolling social-media style feed built entirely around photo and video posts. Users (initially just me, later a broader audience) will upload ready-to-share media and add a short caption; the app stores the file, then shows it in the main timeline in real time. No filters, cropping tools, or other in-app editing are required—media arrives exactly as it was uploaded.

Core flow:
• Media upload (photo or video, any standard mobile format) with caption
• Immediate appearance in a clean, chronologically ordered feed
• Tap-to-play videos, pinch-to-zoom photos
• Basic like count is optional; commenting and detailed user profiles can wait for a future phase, so build with modularity in mind

Please deliver:
1. Source code with clear build instructions
2. A working test build (APK, TestFlight, web link—whatever suits your stack)
3. Brief documentation outlining tech choices, database schema, and how to deploy in a cloud environment

Use any modern stack you are comfortable with—Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin native, or a simple web PWA are all fine as long as the UI feels snappy and the code is clean.
