Setup a pre-built Flutter App and Publish in Android Playstore

I need help to publish a Flutter app on the Play Store (in beta test track) which i have purchased with a usage license from CodeCanyon. I have the full source code for Flutter app and web panel which i will provide. So need help to deploy it on a EC2 server and make it up and running in Playstore (Android only/No iOS app). Requirements:
- Host the admin panel on AWS EC2
- Domain and SSL setup and connect with a host server
- Publish the Android app to Play Store
- No customizations needed for the app
- Firebase experience
