Setup Flutter & Laravel Apps

I already have the complete source code for a Flutter mobile app and its companion web back-end built in Laravel. What I now need is a clean, no-frills setup so I can start testing and iterating.

Here is what I’m after:
• Flutter: build and run the existing project on Android using the default settings—no extra configuration is required from my side. A working debug APK (and preferably a release build as well) is the final goal, along with any short notes on how you got there if extra steps were needed.
• Laravel: get the web application up and running. That includes installing composer dependencies, configuring the .env file, generating the key, running migrations/seeders if they exist, and verifying that the landing route loads without errors.

The code will be delivered to you through my preferred repository platform or a zipped archive—whichever is easier. Please keep the setup straightforward and document any unavoidable changes so I can reproduce the process later.
