Service Booking App Creation

I’m planning a full-fledged “Khidmatak” style application that lets users order home services on demand. The first release has to cover four essential trades—سباكة (plumbing), كهرباء (electrical work), نجارة (carpentry) and حداد (metal/iron work)—with the structure flexible enough to add more categories later without rewriting core code.

Core functionality must include:
• نظام حجز المواعيد so clients can pick a date, time and technician.
• تقييم العملاء so every job closes with a star rating and written feedback.
• إشعارات فورية that alert both customer and service-provider the moment a booking is created, updated or completed.

I’m open to your recommended tech stack—Flutter, React Native, Laravel, Node, or anything else that will run smoothly on Android, iOS and the web. What matters is clean architecture, an intuitive admin dashboard for adding services/providers, and easy localisation for Arabic.

There’s no strict deadline, so we can focus on polishing UX, testing thoroughly and handing over well-documented source code. Final deliverables should include the full codebase, deployment/installation guide and a quick walk-through of the admin panel.
