Responsibilities (varies by role):

Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership in technical excellence.
Communicate effectively in Chinese with clients, stakeholders, and teammates.
Requirements:
7+ years of proven experience in the respective role (Java, Flutter, Front-End, or Golang).
Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and modern frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership experience in projects or mentoring teams.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (native or near-native level).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Chinese citizenship strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup.
