Screen that overlays other uber call-type apps

I'm developing an app in flutter, it's well developed, but now I need it to receive a firebase notification and this notification needs to be a screen that overlaps other apps, when the app is minimized, like uber app. The app already receives the notification just right but I need this function to override, that's what I need.
