Scalable Morocco E-commerce Mobile App

I’m building a mobile-first e-commerce experience that will launch in Morocco and evolve into a fully international platform. The application must be available on both iOS and Android from day one, with an architecture that lets us add new regions, languages and payment gateways without a full rewrite later.

In its first iteration, I need a smooth catalogue-to-checkout flow, support for local Moroccan payment options, push-notification hooks for offers, and the standard essentials—secure authentication, order tracking and an intuitive admin link so my team can update products and prices in real time. Whether you prefer Flutter, React Native or separate native stacks is up to you; what matters is clean, documented code that’s easy to maintain and scale.
