Savitari Packaging Business App Development

I need a simple Android + iOS business app for my company Savitari Packaging.

Main purpose:
Collect jewellers’ requirements and automatically send them to WhatsApp (click-to-chat).

Mandatory Features:
• Jeweller registration with: Shop Name, City, State, Mobile number (OTP)
• Requirement selection using checkboxes:
• Packaging: Pouches, Bags, Locker Kits, Double/Single Handle, Double/Single Chain, 3/4/5 pcs sets
• Boxes: Ring, Tops, Pendant, Pendant Set, Bangle, Long Sets (12”, 15”, 18”, 20”), etc.
• Showroom Displays: Trays, Boxes, Necklace/Long Set displays, Counter display, Complete showroom setup
• “Other / Write your requirement” text option everywhere
• Quantity input with minimum quantity rules
• Add multiple requirements to Cart
• On clicking Send, app must automatically open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing:

• All cart items
• Customisation text
• Quantity
• Timelines, GST, branding info
• Call & WhatsApp buttons for:
• Urgent requirement
• Ready stock
• Wholesalers / Resellers (visiting card on WhatsApp)

Important Conditions:
• Android + iOS both (prefer Flutter / cross-platform)
• No payment gateway
• No WhatsApp API (only click-to-chat)
• Simple UI, lightweight backend or minimal admin panel
