Sand Delivery Light App Development

Job ID: 40227506

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I run a small sand-delivery startup in Bihar—Shyam Baba—that currently operates 10 trucks and serves 15 regular customers. I need a lightweight, cross-platform mobile solution that keeps ordering and dispatch simple even when the network drops.

Scope of work
You will create three tightly-integrated interfaces from a single Flutter or React Native code-base so I can publish on both iOS and Android with minimal extra effort.

• Customer App
– Order placement, live rate viewing and a quick look-up of past orders.

• Transporter (Driver) App
– Instant order receipt plus delivery confirmation by scanning a QR code at the customer site.
– A basic delivery history screen for the drivers’ reference.
– UI must stay clean and readable for users who may be handling the phone in bright sunlight or dusty conditions.

• Admin Web Panel
– Real-time GPS tracking of every truck on the road.
– A revenue dashboard that lets me slice totals by day, truck and customer.

Key technical requirements
– Offline mode: all three interfaces should cache critical data and sync automatically once a connection returns.
– WhatsApp backup: every completed delivery must push a concise message (or file) to a dedicated WhatsApp number so I always have an external log.
– Code must be clean and modular so I can scale beyond the pilot fleet without a rewrite.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can install test builds on my own devices and see orders flow end-to-end in under 10 seconds on 4G and still complete in a no-network scenario once connectivity is restored.
2. A QR confirmation instantly updates the customer’s order status and triggers the WhatsApp backup.
3. The admin panel displays live truck locations with a refresh interval below 15 seconds.

Hand-over items
• Source code with clear setup notes.
• Deployed builds (APK/IPA or TestFlight link) plus admin panel URL.
• Brief video walkthrough showing each workflow.

If this sounds like your kind of project, let’s get started—I’m ready for the first prototype build.
