Samsung Tizen Smart TV App – Fix Infinite Loading & Return Key Policy (Flutter / Tizen)

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced Samsung Smart TV / Tizen developer to help fix critical issues in a Smart TV application.

The application is called Charqui TV and was developed using Flutter with Tizen support. The source code was purchased from CodeCanyon, but the original developer support has been very slow and ineffective.

I need an expert who can analyze the code and fix the issues so the app can be approved in Samsung Seller Office.

Current Problems (Samsung Review Rejection)

Samsung has rejected the application due to two critical issues:

1️⃣ Infinite Loading Issue

After installing the app and launching it on Samsung TV:

The app shows a black screen
A loading animation appears
The application never finishes loading

Samsung review message:

CRITICAL: Infinite loading. After App has been installed when it is launched it displays a black screen with a loading animation; App does not complete loading.

2️⃣ Return Key Policy (Mandatory Samsung Requirement)

Samsung also rejected the app because the RETURN / BACK key behavior is not implemented correctly.

Their message:

CRITICAL: Return Key Policy. Exit and Return functionalities are necessary. Please integrate this function to the app.
