Ruby/Flutter Developer for Dynamic Web App

I am looking for a skilled and knowledgeable developer who can bring two intertwined areas of expertise to my project: Ruby on Rails and Flutter.
In this project, your main task will be to:
- Develop robust and scalable aspects of our web application using Ruby on Rails.
- Leverage Flutter for crafting high-quality native experiences in iOS and Android environments.
Key features I need to be incorporated in this project are:
- A secure user authentication system, ensuring only authorized access to specific web app sections.
- Seamless integration with 3rd party APIs, synchronizing data from other platforms with our web application for streamlined operations.
Having solid experience in both Ruby on Rails and Flutter is critical, as we will be alternating between these two platforms throughout the project. Prior expertise in building a user authentication system and 3rd party API integration is highly desirable. A knack for creating pleasant and interactive UI/UX designs would be a great bonus.
