Roommate & PG Finder App

I’m planning a cross-platform mobile application (Android and iOS) that makes it effortless for students and young professionals to locate suitable roommates as well as nearby hostels or PG accommodations. The flow is straightforward: a user pays a small one-time registration fee, sets up a profile, and then decides whether to continue with an optional ₹10 monthly membership or explore the free, ad-supported tier.

Core in-app actions will include:
• Roommate Finder – match users by preferred location, budget, lifestyle tags, and move-in dates.
• Hostel / PG Search – searchable, filterable listings with images and basic details.
• Built-in Messaging – real-time chat so matched users can speak before finalising a stay.

Monetisation must support all three options already outlined (one-time fee, monthly membership, ads) and allow me to tweak amounts from an admin dashboard.

Deliverables I’d like from you:
1. Complete iOS and Android apps, ready for App Store and Google Play submission.
2. Clean, well-documented source code.
3. A lightweight admin panel to manage listings, fees, memberships, and ad slots.
4. Basic UI/UX aligned with modern material / human-interface guidelines; nothing flashy, just intuitive.
5. Brief hand-over session or document so I can adjust pricing or listings without touching code.
