Overview I’m launching a
ride-hailing app (Uber-style) focused on London. This is an MVP, not a massive rebuild of Uber. I
am looking for an experienced mobile app developer or small team who has already built
ride-hailing / taxi / delivery apps (or very similar). Scope of Work (MVP) Rider App (iOS + Android) -
User registration & login - Book a ride (pickup & drop-off) - Real-time driver tracking (GPS) - Fare
estimate - Payment integration (Stripe / cash option) - Trip history - Ratings Driver App (iOS +
Android) - Driver registration & profile - Accept / reject ride requests - Live navigation (Google
Maps) - Earnings summary - Trip history - Ratings Admin Panel (Web) - Manage riders & drivers -
View trips & earnings - Set commission / subscription pricing - Basic reports Technical Expectations
- Cross-platform preferred (Flutter / React Native) - Backend: Firebase / Node.js / similar - Google
Maps API - Clean, well-structured code - App store–ready builds - Source code ownership handed
over Timeline - 8–10 weeks - Weekly progress updates required Budget - £5,000 maximum - I’m
open to using a pre-built Uber clone if: - Code quality is solid - It’s customizable - No licensing traps
