ResQ: Real-time Ambulance Booking Ecosystem

Project Brief – ResQ Emergency Platform

I need a fully functional cross-platform ecosystem for ResQ, a real-time emergency ambulance booking platform. The project includes:

Mobile Apps:

User App (Android + iOS): Request ambulances, see nearby hospitals, track ambulance acceptance in real-time.
Hospital/Driver App (Android + iOS): Receive requests, accept/reject bookings, update availability and status in real-time.

Admin Dashboards:

Hospital Admin (Web): Manage hospital profile, ambulances, staff, and view bookings.
Super Admin (Web): Manage multiple hospitals, admins, users, view analytics, control system settings, and generate reports.

Core Requirements:

Real-time tracking & notifications
Multi-admin management and access control
Mobile-first, clean UI/UX for all apps and dashboards
Lightweight, fast, and optimized

Preferred Tech:

Flutter (for Android + iOS apps)
Firebase for real-time updates
Laravel / Node.js for admin dashboards
Google Maps / Geolocation integration
Web dashboards using React / Angular / Vue

Acceptance Criteria:

Fully installable APKs and iOS builds that run without crashes
Web-based dashboards fully functional with multi-admin control
Git repository with all source code, buildable with Android Studio / Xcode / standard web build tools
README documenting setup, dependencies, credentials, and instructions for adding new admins
