Rebuild Year-Old Flutter App
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have the source code for a Flutter application that was last compiled about a year ago. The project already includes user authentication, API integration, and local storage, but dependency drift and recent SDK changes mean it no longer builds cleanly on today’s stable channel.
Your task is to pull the code, update or pin packages where necessary, resolve any breaking changes, and deliver a clean build that runs without warnings on both Android and iOS simulators (or devices). Because I only have the codebase—no documentation—you’ll need to rely on the code itself and your experience with Flutter, Dart, Gradle and typical auth/API/storage patterns to get everything working again.
Deliverables
• Updated project ready to run with flutter run on the latest stable SDK.
• Release-mode APK (and IPA if possible) demonstrating a successful build
• A concise changelog or README noting package versions you modified, commands used, and any manual steps I’ll need to reproduce the build in future
APK must target Android 15 (API level 35) or higher
