Ready-Made Flutter Voice Chat App

I need a complete, production-ready Flutter voice-chat application that goes well beyond basic room talk. The build must already include:

• A companion admin panel built in any modern web stack so I can handle user onboarding, roles, bans, and general content control without touching the code
• Seamless support for launching web games inside the app—ideally the usual HTML5 or JavaScript titles served from a remote URL or bundled locally
• A clean path for Google Play release: signing, versioning, build variants, and clear deployment notes that I can follow in a single sitting

If your package is white-label, even better; I’ll be re-branding and tweaking UI colours and icons before publication, so modular theming is important. The audio layer should already support stable, low-latency group voice with background operation and graceful network reconnection.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Full Flutter project source with clear folder structure
2. Admin panel source and a quick setup guide (Docker, Node, or Laravel—all fine as long as it installs smoothly)
3. A short README that walks through Play Store deployment, plus any third-party SDK keys that need swapping
