Rapid Job Platform MVP
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
The goal is to ship a polished minimum-viable product that connects admins who post jobs with users who browse and apply, all wrapped in a clean, modern UI.
Mobile experience
• One universal codebase (Flutter, React Native or similar) that compiles to both iOS and Android
• Users can scroll through job cards grouped as in-person, online or product test and instantly filter by job type—contest or single offer
• Simple “Apply” flow with basic profile capture for now, but structured so we can extend it later
• Internationalisation hooks in place so future translations drop straight into the database without refactoring UI components
Admin web dashboard
• Browser-based panel where multiple admins log in, create jobs and attach description, requirements and an application deadline in a single step
• Quick toggles for category, job type and live/closed status
• Applicant list per job with CSV export
• Clean, spacious layout that follows the style rules I’ll share; impeccable spacing, colour hierarchy and typography are non-negotiable
Deliverables
– Figma (or equivalent) files for mobile and web screens
– Production-ready mobile apps (iOS & Android builds)
– Responsive admin dashboard deployed to a staging URL
– Source code in Git with clear read-me, plus brief hand-off video
Acceptance criteria
The MVP is considered complete when:
1. A test admin can publish a job and immediately see it in both mobile apps.
2. A test user can filter by job type, open the job, tap Apply and have their submission appear in the admin dashboard.
3. All copy strings reside in a translation file or table.
4. UI matches the approved design within a few pixels across common breakpoints.
