I need a high-performance, lightweight quick commerce application designed for rapid local deliveries. The app must provide a seamless experience for customers to order groceries and daily essentials from their phones, specifically optimized for the Indian market.

1. Smooth Catalog & Friction-free Cart: A fast-loading product interface with categories, search functionality, and a shopping cart that supports quantity increments/decrements and coupon codes.
2. India-Optimized Payment Gateway: Integration with Razorpay or PhonePe PG is mandatory to support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards.
3. Real-Time Order & Rider Tracking: Since we focus on quick delivery, a live map interface (Google Maps API) for customers to track the delivery partner's location is essential.
4. Public User Reviews & Ratings: A module for verified buyers to leave ratings and text reviews for each product.
Technical Preferences
• Tech Stack: Flutter (for cross-platform efficiency) or React Native.
• Backend: Firebase (for real-time database updates and push notifications).
• Platform: Android (Primary focus) and iOS.
