Hello,
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a scalable MVP for a phone repair service application.

The app will initially launch in Tikrit, Iraq, with a clear plan for a Phase 2 expansion.
This project is the first step of a long-term product, not a one-time task.

Core Features (MVP):
- User registration & login
- Create repair request (device + issue description)
- Order status tracking (Pending / In Progress / Completed)
- Basic admin panel (manage requests & status)
- Clean and simple UI (focus on usability)
- Basic notifications (optional)

Technical Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT):
- Clean, well-structured, and scalable code
- Proper architecture (e.g. MVC, MVVM, or similar)
- Backend must support future expansion
- Code must be documented
- Prefer modern frameworks (Flutter / React Native / or Native)

Budget:
$400 – $500 (Fixed – Phase 1 only)

- Advanced features (payments, live tracking, etc.)

- More complex admin system
