Productivity Mobile App Creation

I’m ready to commission a brand-new mobile application whose main purpose is to act as a handy utility / productivity tool. The concept is still at an early stage, so I need someone who can guide the project from inception to a store-ready release—helping me refine the user journey, choose the most suitable tech stack (whether that’s native Swift / Kotlin or a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native), build clean, well-documented code, and set up a straightforward deployment pipeline.

Key deliverables I’ll be looking for:
• Wireframes or low-fidelity mock-ups for initial approval
• Fully functional mobile app (iOS, Android or both, depending on your recommended approach)
• Source code with inline documentation and a short setup guide
• Basic test suite covering critical flows
• Assistance with first-time submission to the App Store and / or Google Play

A smooth, intuitive interface and lightweight install size are priorities because the app is meant to sit in a user’s pocket and save them time throughout the day.
