I want to turn a clear productivity concept into a polished mobile application that runs natively on both iOS and Android. My goal is to give users an intuitive tool that helps them organise their day, track progress and stay focused—nothing bloated, just clean, fast and reliable.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Collaborate with me to refine the feature list, user flow and minimal-yet-elegant UI/UX.
• Build the app in a cross-platform stack that delivers true native performance (Flutter, React Native or a similar framework—open to your recommendation).
• Connect any required back-end services for secure user accounts and cloud sync. If a lightweight serverless setup fits, even better.
• Implement thorough testing, then guide the build through TestFlight/Google Play testing and final store submission.
• Hand over clean, well-documented source code plus a short deployment guide so I can run future updates without hassle.
Acceptance criteria:
1. The app installs and functions smoothly on current iOS and Android devices.
2. Core productivity features work offline, with data syncing correctly once a connection is restored.
3. No critical or high-severity bugs found during acceptance testing.
4. All deliverables—design assets, source code, test scripts—are included and clearly organised.
