About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Product & Development Strategist who can lead end-to-end product strategy, technical execution, and business growth initiatives using modern AI tools. This role blends hands-on software development and architectural oversight with AI-enhanced product management. You will work across web, mobile, and backend platforms to deliver scalable solutions while using AI tools for automation, content generation, and innovation in business processes.
Responsibilities:
1) Technical Development & Team Management
- Build, review, and maintain scalable codebases using:
* Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform mobile development
* React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for modern web applications
* Python for scripting, APIs, and automation
* Golang for performance-critical backend systems and microservices
- Utilize AI-powered coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Replit) to enhance development speed, testing,
and debugging efficiency.
- Oversee architecture planning, deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (e.g.,
Firebase, Google Cloud).
- Lead agile teams, conduct code reviews, and manage feature delivery across the product lifecycle.
2) AI-Driven Product Management & Growth Strategy
- Translate product ideas into roadmaps, feature sets, and MVPs using AI for validation and iteration.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing supported by AI tools
- Use AI tools for scalable business content creation, including:
* Image generation for UI/UX prototypes, marketing, and in-app assets
* Video creation for product explainers, onboarding, and advertisements
* Voice synthesis and audio tools for virtual assistants or automated support
* Document automation for pitch decks, proposals, and internal documentation
- Align product vision with business objectives and support go-to-market execution with AI-assisted
growth campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in product strategy, software development, or technical project management
- Proven expertise in:
* Flutter, React, Python, and Golang
* AI-assisted software development, debugging, and testing
* Scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure
- Experience using generative AI tools for business purposes across media types (text, image, audio,
video)
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate effectively in remote or distributed teams
Preferred Experience
- Built or contributed to AI-driven or SaaS products
- Familiarity with automation platforms, multi-agent systems, or low-code/no-code tools
- Background in product marketing or design supported by AI-generated content
- Experience with startup ecosystems, MVP launches, and user acquisition strategies
