AI-Powered Medical SOAP note Mobile apple/android App and web app for doctors
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer or team to create an AI-powered medical documentation assistant "scribe" similar to openevidence.com. The functionality should be very similar to the mentioned app, but instead of their propritary AI engine, I want to use the commercially available UpToDate engine via API.

- uptodate api AI-driven text generation for medical notes with assessment and plans and links to research evidence.
- ability to pause/add/edit voice before making final SOAP note
Technology Preferences:
- Frontend: Flutter or React Native
- Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js
- AI/NLP: OpenAI API (GPT-4 Turbo), Google Cloud Healthcare API, or similar
- Database: Firebase, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
