Personal Task Management Mobile App

I want a simple, reliable mobile application that lets me capture, organise and complete my daily tasks wherever I am. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, so a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native makes sense, but I am open to your preferred stack as long as the final binaries install cleanly on recent devices.

Core workflow
• Add, edit, reorder and delete tasks in as few taps as possible.
• Optional due date and reminder notifications so I don’t miss deadlines.
• Visual status cues (e.g. colour or strike-through) for completed items.
• Local data storage with an easy export or backup option; no server back-end is required at this stage.

Deliverables
• Source code and project files.
• Test builds (.ipa for TestFlight, .apk/.aab for Android).
• A short hand-off guide explaining build steps and how to change app-level settings (icon, colours, notification text).

Acceptance
The build must install without crashes on current iOS and Android versions, all listed features must function as described, and I need full rights to the source so I can maintain or extend it later.
