1. Current Project Status:
• Live Product: The app is fully developed and currently live on the Apple App Store.
• Tech Stack: Built with Flutter (Mobile), Node.js (Backend), and hosted on Contabo servers.
• Objective: We are migrating our entire payment infrastructure. The task is to completely remove/clean up the existing Stripe integration and replace it with a robust PayPal Marketplace system.
2. Required System Workflow (The Flow):
• I. User Onboarding & KYC:
• Content Creators (User B) must link their PayPal accounts through the app.
• KYC/Verification: Handled entirely between the user and PayPal. We do not handle or store any identity documents.
• Status Tracking: If there is a deficiency in the user's PayPal verification, the in-app wallet must display a Red status indicator with the alert: "Action Required in your PayPal account."
• II. Payment Flow (User A to User B):
• The Supporter (User A) pays an amount (e.g., $1.00) via the PayPal checkout page.
• Instant Split Payment: The system must automatically split the transaction:
• 5% Commission: Transferred instantly to our corporate account (AURA REAL LLC).
• 95% User Share: Transferred to User B’s PayPal account but placed in a "Held/Pending" state. It should not be available for immediate withdrawal in their PayPal balance.
• III. In-App Wallet & Admin Dashboard:
• The user’s in-app wallet should reflect their received balance (the 95% share).
• Funds must remain in the "Held" state until administrative approval is granted via the dashboard.
• IV. Withdrawal & Approval Process:
• When a user requests a withdrawal, the request appears in the Admin Dashboard.
• Approval: Upon clicking "Approve," the system triggers a PayPal API call (Release Funds) to move the money from "Pending" to the user's "Available" PayPal balance.
• Rejection: If rejected, the admin provides a reason, which is sent as a notification to the user.
3. Scope of Work:
1. Code Refactoring: Complete removal of all Stripe-related modules, routes, and logic to ensure a clean backend.
2. System Integration: Implementation of PayPal Commerce Platform (Multiparty Payments).
3. UI/UX Updates: Enhancing the wallet interface to reflect real-time account status (Red for errors) and balance states.
4. Backend Logic: Architecting the split-payment logic and the "Release/Hold" administrative control flow.
5. Webhooks: Configuring robust Webhooks to ensure 100% accuracy in balance updates and transaction tracking.

• Senior-level experience in Node.js and Flutter.
• Proven track record with PayPal Marketplace / Platform APIs.
• Deep understanding of server management (Contabo) and financial data security.
• Strong ability to work with existing codebases and perform clean refactoring.
