PHP Website & Flutter App Development

I’m upgrading an existing PHP website and building its companion mobile app in Flutter, all under one coherent codebase. The web side currently runs on plain PHP; refactoring toward a framework such as Laravel is on the table if it shortens future release cycles. Your first job will be to audit the present repository, tighten security around authentication, and clean up routing, views, and database calls. From there, new REST-style endpoints must be added so the same business logic powers both web and mobile experiences.

On the Flutter front I have only a bare skeleton. I need it fleshed out into a fully published iOS and Android app that mirrors web functionality, taps the freshly built APIs, and ships with secure login, real-time data sync, and Firebase push notifications. Performance, platform-native feel, and pixel-perfect layouts are essential.

Key deliverables
• PHP code review, refactor, and feature extensions
• Design and implementation of JSON endpoints (CRUD, search, file upload)
• Flutter screens wired to those endpoints, tested on iOS & Android devices
• End-to-end authentication flow, token handling, push notifications via Firebase
• Automated build & deployment pipeline (Git + GitHub Actions or similar)

Acceptance criteria: All new features pass unit and UAT tests, both apps compile without warnings, and production deployment is triggered from the CI/CD pipeline.
