• PHP Backend
• MySQL Database
• Flutter WebView (Android)
• Firebase Push Notifications (FCM)

Project Scope:
• Set up the complete project on our own server
• Develop and integrate APIs
• Flutter WebView app development
• Firebase Push Notification integration
• Admin panel development/modifications
• Bug fixing
• Security improvements
• Performance optimization
• Ongoing feature development

Requirements:
• Strong experience in PHP & MySQL
• Flutter (WebView)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• REST API Development
• Git knowledge
• Good communication skills

Important Terms:
• This is an hourly project.
• All work will be done live over Google Meet.
• Payment will be made after every meeting/session.
• All server, source code, database, domain, and project access must remain with us at all times.
• No work should be hosted on the developer's personal server or account.
• The developer must be comfortable working transparently during live sessions.
