Open Abeg Cross-Platform App

I’m kicking off “Open Abeg”, a green-field software development project focused on delivering a polished mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. From account creation to final submission in the App Store and Google Play, I want a seasoned developer (or small team) who can take full ownership of the build.

Scope
• Full-cycle mobile development: architecture, UI/UX, front-end, back-end and API setup.
• Dual-platform release: native or cross-platform is fine—as long as the user experience feels truly at home on each operating system.
• Source code, build instructions, and clear documentation are required so future feature updates are straightforward.
• Post-launch support for initial bug fixes and store approvals is part of the engagement.

Tech is flexible, but please outline why you’d choose Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, or another approach and how it benefits maintainability and performance. I’m especially interested in clean, scalable code, intuitive design, and timely delivery.
