Offline Flutter App for OCR Document Recognition
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Need a flutter app to work offline to do OCR of aadhar card, pan card, driving licence using Google ml kit or any other free kit unless paid ceriosn only required for one time payment.. We do not need any backend service to do the OCR, on phone itself. Should work in different photo angle and lighting conditions.
Also able to enter the input with voice offline like phone number entry or address entry. Speach to text.
Will need entire source code of project with non dependency of 3rd party libarary.
We do not expect 100% accuracy but atleast 75-80% with given conditions.
