Next-Gen Intercity Ride-Share App
Budget: ₹500,000 – ₹1,000,000 INR
VISION: To build India’s most reliable, safe, and efficient intercity mobility platform by combining ride-sharing, intelligent routing, and strong safety
mechanisms.
My goal is to launch an intercity ride-sharing solution that noticeably outperforms BlaBlaCar in usability, speed, and reliability. The app must arrive as a polished, production-ready product for both iOS and Android built with Flutter, including the following cornerstone capabilities: real-time ride tracking on a live map, seamless in-app payments, and a robust system for user reviews and ratings.
I already have a detailed concept deck and full requirements document outlining passenger and driver flows, matching logic, safety checkpoints, and loyalty mechanics. What I need now is an end-to-end development team that can translate those assets into:
• A pixel-perfect Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android)
• Scalable backend with REST/GraphQL APIs, ride-matching algorithm, payment gateway integration, and GDPR-compliant data handling
• Web-based admin console for support staff (ride disputes, user management, analytics)
• QA, automated testing, and App Store / Google Play deployment
• Post-launch maintenance handover with clear documentation
Acceptance criteria
1. Real-time tracking remains accurate within ±10 m for the full ride.
2. Card and wallet payments succeed in under 5 s, with PCI-DSS compliance evidence provided.
3. Ratings system prevents duplicate or retaliatory reviews and updates averages instantly.
4. Both apps pass App Store and Play Console review on the first submission.
All assets—source code, design files (Figma/Sketch), and run-book documentation—will be transferred to me upon final payment.
