Need a expert flutter developer

I need an expert flutter developer.
- it's a rental platform for any product/service.
- User can register with basic information and can verify with Id/Passport
- verification will be manual
- we will ask them to record a video within the app.
- social login will be there
- Two types of users. (User/VendorUser)
- Both Users will be able to post any rental service with basic information on specific category with,
- Product/Service information
- Rental time
- Rental rate.
- have a look at Airbnb
- VendorUser will be any kind of company or business that can offer their types of service as a rental. Which could be like Car/Micro. There is no specific category but we need to provide a layout where he can explain his service and set a rate to rent.
- One use can see the rental list and can order them according to the availability. It will go through a process and the rest of the work is manual.
- Payment gateway will be provided.
- Social login is a must

For the backend panel, I have my developer who will work on it.

What's important?
- The UI/Layout should be very fancy and smooth. We won’t accept any minor compromise on UI.
- It should be very user-friendly.
