Need OTT app Android and iOS flutter

I need OTT app to run movies on rental basis ... I have the script flutter ... I want someone to customize just designs and names and onboard in playstore and Itunes .
I want a good server suggestion as well with cost for server ...i wil buy it .
Same time some 2000 users wil watch the films .
I need support as well continuosly...
Also I need another app to be developed for which I have ui designs and I will give API ... I want the person to integrate and develop Android iOS app in flutter ...
So these are urgent and immediate...payment only through freelancer escrow .
Waiting for nice long time support ...and best cost not too much cost ..
