NSE Breakout Scanner App

I want to build a cross-platform stock-scanning application focused on the National Stock Exchange that can alert intraday and swing traders to likely breakout opportunities as early as possible each trading day. The workflow I have in mind is straightforward: the app pulls live NSE data, runs a breakout-probability algorithm, and immediately lists the qualifying symbols in a clean, easy-to-scan table. Charts are optional; fast, searchable tables and lists are what matter to me.

The same feature set must be available on iOS, Android, and a responsive web dashboard, so a single codebase approach such as Flutter or React Native + React will probably make life easier for both of us. Once a stock meets the breakout criteria, users should receive an in-app push notification and an SMS alert so they never miss the move.

What I need delivered
• Universal mobile app for iOS and Android plus a web front-end that share one back-end
• Integration with a reliable real-time (or near-real-time) NSE data feed
• Breakout scan engine with adjustable parameters (e.g., timeframe, volume filters)
• Table/list UI with search, sort, and simple export options
• Push-notification system and SMS gateway wired into the alert pipeline
• Deployment scripts and complete, well-commented source code handed over on finish

The project is done when we can replay historical market data, watch the scanner fire an alert inside the first minute a known breakout occurs, and receive that same alert on both the device and via SMS. If you specialise in market-data handling and cross-platform builds, I’d love to hear how you would tackle this and how long it would take.
