I need a cross-platform mobile application that lets learners quickly access every NCERT textbook and its solution set from Classes 6 to 12. The experience must feel native on both Android and iOS; a single code-base solution such as Flutter or React Native is welcome if it keeps future maintenance simple.
User roles & key capability
• Student – browse or download the official PDF for any class/subject.
• Teacher – upload new study materials straight from the phone and have them appear under the correct class and subject.
On the student side I’m looking for smooth in-app PDF viewing, an option to save files for offline reading, and a straightforward class/subject picker that even a first-time user understands instantly. For teachers the upload flow should be just as simple: choose class → subject → select file → publish. No advanced analytics are required right now; reliability and a clean UI take priority.
Please include in your proposal:
• Your preferred tech stack and why it fits.
• A brief outline of how you will structure the backend to store and serve the PDFs and teacher uploads.
• Estimated timeline from kickoff to App Store & Google Play submission.
