Multi-Salon Appointment Booking App

I’m building a cross-platform appointment system that runs natively on both iOS and Android. At its core, the app lets barbers, nail technicians, beauty salons, spas and similar businesses create their own branded space within the application, then accept an unlimited number of bookings from their clients.

Here’s what I need engineered:

• Two distinct user flows: a secure account area for business owners, and a friction-free booking experience for their end-clients.
• Inside the owner dashboard each business must be able to upload full business details and logo, add a banner photo, and publish product or service pricing so clients can choose exactly what they want before confirming an appointment.
• Subscription handling: owners subscribe in-app, then enjoy unlimited bookings; the payment layer must support simple plan setup, recurring charges and automated renewals.
• Calendar sync: every confirmed slot should push instantly to the owner’s Google Calendar (two-way sync preferred so changes made in Google reflect back in the app).
• Reliable real-time notifications to both parties on creation, reschedule or cancellation.
• Scalable database architecture so there is no hard limit on the number of participating businesses or appointments.

If you’ve previously delivered polished Flutter, React Native or native Swift/Kotlin scheduling solutions, I’d like to see them. Quality, clean code and an intuitive UI are more important to me than fancy animations, but the app should still feel modern and brandable for each business owner.
