2️⃣ Vehicle Owner App Features (Android – Flutter):
Login via Mobile OTP (SMS + WhatsApp supported)

Owner Listing Form must include:

Owner Name

Verified Mobile Number (via OTP)

Optional Email ID (must verify via OTP if entered)

Minimum 5 clear photos of the vehicle

Photo of number plate, owner photo, RC (Registration Certificate), Driving License, and full address

Bank Account / UPI ID (Mandatory) for receiving payments

Per-kilometer Pricing Control with Dynamic Calendar

Owner can set different prices for different dates

Example: ₹10/km today, ₹11/km tomorrow, ₹8/km for next Monday

Booking Control for Owner

Owner can Accept or Reject any incoming booking

View Payment Breakup

Owner can see:

Total paid by customer

Admin commission %

Final amount they will receive

Owner should be able to download PDF invoice per booking

Owner can list multiple vehicles anytime (even if they are the same type)

3️⃣ Admin Web Panel (Web-based, Firebase + Flutter Web or React):
Admin Login via Email or Mobile OTP (SMS or WhatsApp)

Full Control Panel:

View, Approve, Reject, Edit, Pause, or Delete any vehicle listing

Edit vehicle owner details and listing documents

Approve or reject bookings (optional)

Change App Name, Logo, and App Colors (Branding Control)

Add/Update Company Name & Contact Number

View and respond to Contact Us form submissions

Commission Control:

Set custom commission % per vehicle

Auto-calculate owner payout and admin profit from each booking

Booking & Payment History:

View all bookings with full payment details

Automatically calculate and display commission and owner share

Invoice Access:

Admin can view or download PDF invoice for any booking

Owner Payout Management:

All customer payments go to Admin account first

Admin gets a panel showing:

Owner bank details / UPI ID
