Job Details
Simple login (Admin + Mover roles)
Admin can create and assign jobs
Movers can view their assigned jobs
Show customer info, address, inventory, and notes
Masked Calling & Messaging
Twilio integration
Make calls and send messages from the app
Hide real customer phone numbers
Basic usage logging
Location Tracking (using Mapbox)
Immediate ping on Clock In / Clock Out
While moving (driving >15 mph): Update every 7 minutes
When stopped at job site: Update every 45 minutes
Manual "Refresh Location" button
Strong battery optimization (low power modes + low battery handling)
Timeclock
Movers can Clock In / Clock Out with location
Other Requirements:
Basic clean design (white label style) — allow logo upload for branding
Text should be easy to change (e.g. "Mover" can be changed to "Contractor", "Employee", etc.)
Simple, easy-to-use interface for movers (mobile) and admins (mobile + browser-based dashboard)
I will own full source code and all rights
Built to be scalable for multiple companies in the future
