Modern Flutter UI Revamp

My existing Flutter Android app needs a swift visual overhaul to bring it in line with current Material Design guidelines. The main focus areas are:

I aim to integrate the new layouts directly into the existing project, so provide the updated widgets, supporting assets, and any modified theme files as ready-to-merge pull-request style deliverables.
