Mobile app both android and iOS (Machine learning app)

I need an Android app and an iOS app. basically needs to be built and designed. App should have integration of ML toolkit. I've few deeplearning models. these models should be integrated with the app. app should have a scan(should open camera and capture) as well as an option to Import from the gallery. and finally confidence level as well as the Predicted output should be visible on the screen.
