Mobile Client Order Tracking Tool
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a simple-to-use mobile app that lets me record and track every shop order the moment our salesman’s take order. The core focus is customer tracking rather than full inventory control, so the screens should revolve around who ordered, what they ordered, current status, and any follow-up notes.
Here’s what matters most:
• Mobile first: Android and iOS builds (cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native are fine) so my team can log orders on phones or tablets while talking to customers.
• Fast order capture: a form where staff select the client, add products, quantity, price, and immediately save. The fewer taps the better.
• Order timeline: each order should show time-stamped updates—placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered—so anyone can open the app and see exactly where things stand.
• Search & filter: by client name, date range, or status to pull up past orders in seconds.
• Simple dashboard: today’s orders, overdue deliveries, and basic sales totals at a glance.
Data can sit in a lightweight cloud back-end (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) so that multiple devices stay in sync without manual refreshes. If you already have a proven stack for secure user auth and offline caching, even better.
Deliverable is a compiled app plus source code, install guide, and a short screencast walking me through the main flows. Once I can open the app, add a customer order, and see it appear on another device instantly, the job is done.
