Migrate and Update 6ammart on Hostinger VPS

I need to migrate my 6ammart project to a new Hostinger VPS and update it to version 3.2.

Requirements:
- Migrate to Hostinger VPS (6ammart Laravel & Flutter) admin + all apps android and iOS
- Update backend, frontend, and database schema to version 3.2
- Assist in creating a full backup, as I currently don't have one
- Server configurations and optimizations for security and performance are needed
