Migrate Andoid app to Flutter / Ionic to be used also in iOS

We have a full working Android app that want to be migrated to Flutter or Ionic and restilized the UI.
The app consist in about 12 pages, some simple as a modify password, 1-2 more complex.
This is the first step, if we are satisfied, we will commission an upgrade in functionality as a second project.
