I’m building a single-code-base utility application with Flutter and need the project delivered ready to publish on both iOS and Android stores. The focus is on clean, maintainable Dart code that takes full advantage of Flutter’s widgets for a consistent experience across platforms.
Scope
• Translate my wireframes and brand colors into responsive Flutter layouts.
• Implement core utility features (local data storage, background tasks and push notifications) using native-ready plugins.
• Set up logical state management—Provider, Riverpod or Bloc, whichever best fits the feature set.
• Configure Firebase (or a comparable backend you recommend) for analytics and crash reporting.
• Automate builds and distribution through CI/CD so I can push directly to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing.
Acceptance Criteria
– The app compiles and runs without errors on current iOS and Android versions.
– UI matches provided designs within a 2 px tolerance.
– All listed features perform reliably on real devices.
– Source code is clean, commented and delivered via private Git repo along with a short README for build & release steps.
