Marrow NEET PG Prep App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a dedicated NEET PG preparation app modelled on the Marrow experience, but with a sharper focus on video-based learning. The single most important feature for version 1 is a structured library of high-resolution video lectures built around clinical case studies. Learners should be able to browse by subject, bookmark segments, download for offline viewing, and see their viewing progress at a glance.
While practice questions and automated study schedules might be added later, this project is all about delivering a seamless, engaging video experience from day one. That means smooth streaming on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, picture-in-picture playback, variable speeds, and push notifications whenever a new case study drops. An intuitive admin dashboard will let me upload, tag, and reorder lectures without touching code.
Deliverables
• UI/UX mock-ups for mobile (iOS & Android) and the web-based admin panel
• Fully developed cross-platform apps (Flutter or React Native are both acceptable) connected to a secure backend
• Admin dashboard with role-based access, video upload, categorisation, and analytics on watch time
• Source code, build instructions, and deployment guide
Acceptance criteria
1. A user on a mid-range Android phone can stream a 1080p lecture without buffering on 4G.
2. A new lecture uploaded through the dashboard appears in the correct category on all devices within five minutes.
3. Bookmarks and watch progress sync flawlessly after a user signs in on another device.
