Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Android Mobile App Developer (Flutter or Native Android) to build a hyper-local job search and worker hiring mobile application. The app will initially operate in only 2 specific districts in Maharashtra and must have a complete Marathi language user interface (UI).
Key Requirements & Scope:
Platform: Android Only (APK & Google Play Store release).
App Language: 100% Marathi UI (All text, form fields, buttons, and notifications in Marathi).
Geographic Scope: Hardcoded/Restricted to 2 Districts and their respective Talukas only.
Key Features & User Flow:
User Auth: Simple Mobile Number + OTP Login (Firebase Auth). No email required.
Simple 4-Step Flow:
Step 1: Choose intent (नोकरी शोधा / कामासाठी माणूस शोधा).
Step 2: Work type selection (रोजंदारी / पूर्ण वेळ / ठेका काम).
Step 3: Location & Category filter (2 Districts & Talukas only + Categories).
Step 4: View listings or Post a new job.
Pay-Per-Post Integration (Monetization):
Employers fill out a simple job form in Marathi.
Integration of UPI Payment Gateway (Razorpay / PhonePe SDK) to charge a ₹49 flat fee per post before going live.
Firebase Cloud Function to automatically expire posts after 30 days.
Job Listings & Direct Action:
Job cards with direct Call and WhatsApp buttons.
Native Ad slots embedded in feed (e.g., after every 10 posts).
Top & Bottom Banner Ad slots for local promotions.
My Posts / Account: Manage active and expired posts with options to re-post.
